Buy a plain white tablecloth made from material not plastic. Spread it out on the table and have everyone in the family draw pictures on it using markers. Older kids and adults can even write down some of the things you’re feeling thankful for this year. When you’re done, use it to decorate your table and to make Thanksgiving dinner even more special.

Make Turkey Wall Decorations

This art project has been around for years but with so many different ways to make turkeys, it never gets old. For example, you can draw and color a turkey using your hand as a guide or cut a paper plate in half and use one half for the body and make feathers out of the other half. Other options include cutting the shape of the turkey and his feathers out of construction paper or simply draw a picture on plain white paper and color it.

Use Paper Plates to Make Pilgrims
