I bought this for my son who struggles to calm down for bedtime and to stay asleep. I've tried roll on magnesium in the past that seemed to work, but my son said it irritated his skin. This is more lotion like in consistency and went on smoothly with no irritation and absorbed well. I think it might have helped him relax a bit but it isn't a miracle product. It is a bit expensive, but worth a try if you have a child that struggles to relax in the evenings for bedtime.

Within a few days of use our son who was waking 3-4 times a night at 12 months old starting sleeping through the night. We put it under his feet and between his shoulder blades. Highly recommend.

Thick and creamy. My 2 year old and 10 year old both seem to relax and fall asleep peacefully after rubbing on them after bathing. I love the natural ingredients of the magnesium and it seems to absorb quickly.
