The colors are bright, easy to use because they go on paper smooth as butter. LO requests these vs. Other crayons we have for art time. I bought 2 boxes to replace our first set, and a couple of extra boxes to give to friends on birthdays. Love them.
Water color more for the older. Crayon spreads too easy and spoils their coloring. Need to know before they use the water.
These are fun to use. I teach art, my students loved using them. They are smooth and creamy. Easy to apply color, the color is nice an bright without having to press hard. The colors are vibrant and mix well. We had a little bit of difficulty activating it with water, We found that it worked well with a circular motion. Great colors. Great for coloring skills, easy to hold and twists up to have more of the noyo crayon exposed.
We love using these in our pre-Kstudio, especially layering Them with tempera paint.
